COVID-19 UPDATE - JULY 2020

Dear competitor,

Together with another 130 competitors, you will be part of the Belgian Westhoek Classic 2020. An ultimate record! As we are living in strange times nowadays, we like to inform our competitors about the actual situation. Of course, everything can change quickly in this unpredictable period, but as it stands, the event can take place!

All 39 municipalities were contacted by the organisation and they all responded positive, except 1 area where we plotted a new challenging route. In addition, we had some extra meetings with all our 'headquarters (such as lunch location, hotel, start, finish). When visiting these locations during the event, we will apply the measures imposed by the National Security Council.

Some more excellent news! Everyone wants to resume the competition. A 'full house' entry list is the biggest proof of it. To thank all registrered teams fort heir confidence in our event, all registrations can be redeemed to a starting place. However, to guarantee your entry, the registration fee -as described in the regulations- must be paid before August 1. You can find your payment status on our provisional entry list. Each crew who made already his payment, is mentioned as 'accepted' on the entry list.

The organisers presents a (Re)Start2Regularity roadbook which is available on our website. To participate, it's simple: order your roadbook online, drive the roadbook whenever you want and submit your online time card before August 20.
